Iris Z. Feinberg is the current Campaign Co-Chair for the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta's (JFGA) annual Campaign for Community Needs. She also serves as the JFGA's Chair of the Endowment Board and is an officer of the organization. These appointments follow a long history of volunteer activism within Atlanta's Jewish community including a 6 year term as an officer of JFGA as well as many campaign related activities.
In addition to her local Federation work, Iris is a Vice-Chair of United Jewish Communities (UJC) and has served the national system in several capacities, including Co-Chair of National Young Leadership and National Campaign Training Chair. She is on the National Women's Philanthropy Board and is a member of the UJC Executive Committee and Board.
Iris is the owner and President of The Trillium Group, Ltd., a medical claims processing company and Chew on This, LLC, an investment and management company. A graduate of The Wharton School and Temple University, she is a recognized expert in both teleworking and health care administration. She was an appointee of Governor Zell Miller to the Georgia State Health Strategies Council and of Senator Sam Nunn to the Administrative Efficiencies sub-committee for the Clinton Health Care Task Force. She is the recipient of several awards including the Clean Air Task Force Award for her company’s innovative use of teleworking technology.
Iris Feinberg served as a committee member from June 2004 through June 2007. Since than she serves as a Board Member. She chairs the Board Development Committee.
