Raya Strauss Bendror is President and co-owner of the Strauss Investment Company and co-owner of Strauss-Elite Group, a one-billion dollars international food corporation.

Raya is deeply involved in partnerships with and support of a range of projects and organizations that embody love to humanity, to the State of Israel and to the Jewish people.

Raya serves as Chairperson, Member of the Board, member or major supporter of different organizations such as Chair of the Israel Friends of Ben Gurion University; President of Partnership 2000 between Naharia and Northern New Jersey; Talmei Geulat Israel for the unity of Israel and the Jewish people; MAALA for corporate social responsibility; Beit HaShanti Foundation for homeless youth; Ghetto Fighters' House; Acharai for leadership and excellence among unprivileged youth; The Reut Institute for strategic support of the Government of Israel. 

Raya Strauss is a Committee Member since September 2006. She serves as Deputy Chair of the Partnership and Activism Committee.
