Stephen Breslauer is Treasurer of the Houston Jewish Federation, as well as Co-Chair of its Overseas Committee and Chair of its Communications Committee.  He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the World Union for Progressive Judaism, and a Vice President of ARZA (the American Reform Zionist Association).  He is a member of the board of the Washington Institute of Near East Policy and Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Stephen Breslauer is a graduate of Cornell University and holds an MBA from the University of Houston. He has been a member of the Jewish Agency’s Board of Governors since June 2002.
