Mr. Ofer Laufman has been elected the Head of the WZO Settlement Division and he serves as a Member of the Jewish Agency Executive and as a member of the WZO Executive since January 2008.

Prior to this position, Mr. Laufman served on several positions within the Division, including the Director General of the Department. In addition to his experience in the Settlement Division Mr. Laufman also served as the Chairman of the Hebrew University Students Association; as the main Shaliach of Betar in New York and later on as the Director General of the Company for Developing Gush Etzyon. 

Mr. Laufman has a BA degree in International Affairs from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a Master degree in Internal and Public Controlling from Haifa University.

He serves as a Board Member since February 2008.
