EL AL CONSIDERS DROPPING NEWARK

El Al is re-evaluating whether to maintain its route to Newark (New Jersey) Airport in addition to its flights to nearby JFK International Airport in New York. The review, ordered by the airline's CEO, David Hermesh, will focus on comparing the economics of operating both stations as against consolidating services at JFK.
