On Sunday, March 17th the group of Yad, together with the volunteering unit of Karmiel municipality and the Bnei-Akiva youth movement from Moreshet, held a painting homes event, as preparation for the coming Passover.

In the event 3 apartments in Karmiel were painted. The families were moved and excited by this extraordinary initiative.

Also, the group succeeded in raising a most impressive donation of 10 crates of clothes and shoes from the "Mashbir Mahsanei Ofna" in Karmiel. The clothes and shoes donated were given to the children of Karmiel "Children's Village" and the "Pitchon Lev" volunteers and will make many children happy this Passover.

The forum of Yad, operating through Partnership 2000 Karmiel-Misgav of the Jewish Agency has many more activities planned to volunteers and benefit the community.
