The Carmiel-Misgav - Baltimore-Pittsburgh Partnership features extensive educational and youth exchange programs.

The 8th grade, from Megadim High School in Carmiel, sent "ID Posters" to thier partners in Beth El, Baltimore, as part of a getting to know each other ("Shutafim") activity.
