Local, Israeli Artists Featured in Partnership 2000 Benefit Note Cards
22.11.2006

The United Jewish Federation Voices 2000 project & Karmiel- Misgav Women' Forum will offer specially designed note cards featuring the work of  local and Israeli women artists to benefit women's health education in the Galilee.
Sponsored by the UJF Annual Campaign, the "Voices of Creativity" note cards feature 24 original creations contributed by female artists from Pittsburgh and the  Partnership 2000 communities of Karmiel and Misgav.

The art work has been photographed and reproduced on the cover of the cards. The cards are available for a minimum contribution of $18 to $36 per set.
Funds raised through the sale will go to women's health education through the Weiner-NA'AMAT Pittsburgh Women's Health Education Center and women's volunteer projects in Karmiel/Misgav.

Voices 2000 is the women's component of Partnership 2000. Voices projects include women's missions, joint projects with Pittsburgh's counterparts in Karmiel/Misgav, including the Hilla Center (a women's image recovery center), the Hilla BaGalil Walk for Women's Health in the Galilee (a parallel walk to the Race for the Cure) in Karmiel/Misgav, art projects, and Israeli-American women's dialogue in Pittsburgh.
