More then 50 participants from our youth agenda projects gathered tonight in Beit Ruthenberg for a solidarity evening with their friends in Boston and the USA. This was in the "shloshim" to the terror actin new York and Washington.
The participants from " teens for tzedek" - hironi h new Jewish high school - summer camp- chavaya-and kids from Yemin Ord. some of them serving in the army and come specially to the evening. It was a very moving and touchy evening - it seems that the vision of bringing youngsters from both sides of the ocean did make a change. The kids were asked where were they at that time and what was their reaction.
Most of them reacted by tying to communicate with their friends in Boston and sometimes before asking about their own family relatives in the states.
The kids expressed their deep emotions towards their peers in Boston. The sense of "shutafut goral" was mentioned more then once.

Kids read some poems and letters they wrote to their friends. One of the kids from Yemin Ord read a paragraph from "tehilim".
