First of all, I thank all of you who responded so positively to Sylvia Moskowitz's paper on coalitions -- and again special thanks to Sylvia for putting her very comprehensive thoughts on paper.

As part of our continued follow up to the May P2K Conference, please find attached the presentation which was given at the plenary session "From Evaluation to Implementation" by the Director of International Operations of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland Oren Baratz, and Director of the Myers-JDC Brookdale Institute Prof. Jack Habib. The presentation includes findings of a recently conducted survey in the Cleveland community on the impact of Partnership 2000 and other overseas activities.
