Jay Sarver was recently appointed as the Co-Chair of the Aliyah & Klitah Committee. Previously he served as the Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee of the Board of Governors. Mr. Sarver served as President and Campaign Chair of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis; he served as Vice President-Campaign and Vice President-Planning & Allocations.  He has also served on the Boards of JESNA, Hillel, the Anti-Defamation League, the American Jewish Congress and the St. Louis Jewish Community Center. 

Jay Sarver was formerly Chairman and President of Word Technology Systems, which was sold in 1995.  He is currently a private investor.  A graduate of the Wexner Heritage Foundation Leadership Program, he holds a BA from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a member of the Jewish Agency’s Board of Governors since June 2000.
