Marlene Post is the immediate past National and International President of Hadassah.  Prior to her presidency, she served as the treasurer of Hadassah, and was involved in fiscal planning, budgets, financial management and investments.

She is currently chairperson of Birthright Israel North America and co-chair of the Confederation of United Zionists.  In addition, she serves on the board of Israel Bonds, the advisory council of the New York Board of Rabbis, the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York, and the UJA-Federation of New York.  She is also a member of the Executive Committee of International Hillel.

Marlene Post holds a master's degree in nursing, and has taught nursing in numerous health care institutions.

Marlene Post was a member of the Jewish Agency’s Board of Governors from October 1998. She has recently become an Associate Member of the Board. She serves as the Deputy Chair of the Comptroller's Committee.
